The Story

SPN Solutions Inc. was founded in 2012 with a clear idea. Federal customers deserve a partner that understands the work behind the work. The accreditation packages that pass authorizing officer review. The migration plans that protect continuity of operations. The service desks that pick up on the first ring at 2 a.m. The audit responses that hold up when the inspector general asks for evidence. Doing those things well, every day, on the kind of programs that matter, is what SPN was built to do.

In the years since, SPN has grown from a small specialty shop into an established prime contractor headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, supporting Defense, Federal civilian, State, Local, Education, and commercial customers across the country. We have been recognized by INC 5000 three years in a row as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. We earned and have continuously maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, most recently recertified in December 2025, alongside a CMMI Services Maturity Level III appraisal. We have stood up an enterprise security operations capability that runs 24x7. And we have built a contract portfolio that meets customers where they buy.

Through that growth, the operating model has not changed. The work that lands on a contracting officer's desk, or in front of a CISO, or on the timeline of a federal modernization, has to be right the first time. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Cybersecurity and risk management built on the Risk Management Framework, NIST 800-53, and the practical experience of taking systems through authorization and continuous monitoring. Cloud and infrastructure modernization in FedRAMP authorized environments and the public cloud platforms federal and commercial customers depend on. Enterprise IT operations and modern workplace services that keep mission users productive. Software, data, and systems integration that turns legacy footprint into capability. Program and project management that holds delivery to schedule, cost, and quality. Compliance and governance that turns regulatory expectation into evidence. We deliver these capabilities directly and through a managed services model under documented service levels.

Who We Serve

SPN's federal civilian work spans agencies across the executive, legislative, and independent branches, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Department of Homeland Security, the Export-Import Bank, and the Government Publishing Office. In defense, SPN supports the Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force. Commercial customers across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, energy, logistics, and technology engage SPN for managed services and security operations under the same standards we hold for our government work.
